Florida is witnessing a decrease in crime, while California is seeing an increase in crime.
These two states are heading in different directions.
With the state’s economy growing by just 1.2% in the first quarter of 2023, California has also been at the center of recent concerns that the United States may be entering a recession.
On November 30, DeSantis and Newsom are scheduled to engage in a 90-minute discussion in Georgia as part of a Fox News special that will be hosted by Sean Hannity.
After Newsom persistently challenged DeSantis to a discussion, the event was organized.
