Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has approved legislation allowing the disclosure of Jeffrey Epstein grand jury records.
DeSantis revealed the news during a press briefing on Thursday at the Palm Beach Police Department.
If the following conditions are met, HB 117 will permit the disclosure of grand jury testimony:
-The individual under investigation by the grand jury has passed away.
-An inquiry was conducted regarding inappropriate behavior with a minor.
-The testimony had been revealed through a court order.
-The state attorney has been informed.

This goes into effect July 1st, 2024.

The legislation will be effective starting July 1, 2024.
