Left-leaning hecklers who interrupted Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds’ conversation with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis at the Iowa State Fair over the weekend reportedly received harsh criticism from Reynolds in response.

During her “Fair-Side Chats” event, when she spoke with several of the presidential contenders, Reynolds fired a shot at the lefties.

“Hey, you know what? We’re in Iowa! And in Iowa we’re ‘Iowa Nice.’ So let’s give everyone the opportunity to hear our candidates. So we’ll stop until you do, but we’re all are going to have an opportunity to hear from each and every candidate.” Reynolds said.

Donald Trump, a former president, declined Reynolds’ invitation to attend the ceremony despite being invited.

Some of the social media footage of the event were falsely edited with audio that gave the impression that the protesters were Trump backers who were yelling “we want Trump.”

As the lefties attempted to interrupt DeSantis, reporter Marc Caputo observed that the event organizers just turned up the sound system to further drown out their interruption.
