SiriusXM host Megyn Kelly is n0w reportedly demanding answers from prominent voices who supported President Donald Trump’s decision to go to war with Iran, arguing that those who encouraged the move should be held responsible as the consequences continue to unfold.

Speaking on Friday’s episode of her SiriusXM program, Kelly reiterated her opposition to the conflict launched on Feb. 28 by Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. She pointed to the mounting human and political costs, noting that at least 13 American service members have been killed, according to U.S. officials, while approximately 1,500 Iranians have died, according to the Iranian government.

Iran’s response has added further strain, with the closure of the Strait of Hormuz driving up oil prices and contributing to a decline in Trump’s approval ratings. Despite those developments, Trump continues to enjoy strong backing from his political base, with 79 percent supporting his handling of the war.

Still, Kelly highlighted a growing divide within conservative circles. While much of the president’s base remains supportive, a smaller but vocal group of MAGA-aligned media figures has sharply criticized the conflict, echoing broader public skepticism.

Kelly argued that as the situation worsens, it is critical to identify who advised the president to take military action and what assurances were given at the time. She singled out several high-profile figures she believes played key roles in advocating for the war.

Among those she named were Netanyahu and Sen. Lindsey Graham, as well as commentators such as Mark Thiessen and retired Gen. Jack Keane, both of whom she cited as strong proponents of the intervention. Kelly acknowledged that she respects some of these individuals but suggested they may have been mistaken in their judgment.

She also pointed to Mark Levin and Ben Shapiro as influential voices who publicly supported the war effort. According to Kelly, these figures used their platforms to push for military action, making their current positions subject to scrutiny now that the conflict appears to be faltering and political support is shifting.

Her comments reflected a broader concern about how decisions to enter war are made—and who shapes those decisions behind the scenes. Without assigning motives, Kelly questioned what assurances may have been given to the president and whether those arguments have held up under real-world conditions.

Levin, for his part, has pushed back strongly against the accusations. On his radio show this week, he denied ever lobbying Trump to initiate the war, insisting that claims to the contrary are false.

“I never lobbied the president,” Levin said, adding that he met with Trump only once at the president’s request.

However, the public record shows Levin speaking forcefully about the issue just one day before the conflict began. Appearing on Fox News’ Hannity on Feb. 27, Levin argued that the window for diplomacy had closed, emphasizing that negotiations cannot continue indefinitely.

Kelly’s remarks underscore an emerging debate on the right: not only over the wisdom of the war itself, but over accountability when high-stakes decisions lead to costly and uncertain outcomes.
