In July, Republicans reportedly registered more new voters than Democrats in the critical bellwether state of Pennsylvania, thereby gaining ground on Democrats.

On Tuesday, Axios reported that Republicans added 19,127 new voters to their rolls in July, while Democrats added 17,495.

According to the state, Republicans are currently surpassing Democrats in terms of new voter registration in Pennsylvania, with a lead of 94,603 to 87,325.

Republicans have made significant gains in Pennsylvania, particularly in Bucks County, which is situated to the northeast of Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that the GOP is currently surpassing the Democrats in new voter registration for the first time in 15 years.

In Pennsylvania, Democrats continue to maintain a significant advantage over Republicans in terms of the total number of registered voters, with 3.9 million compared to the GOP’s 3.5 million.

The Trump campaign is placing a significant emphasis on engaging voters in Pennsylvania, which is widely considered to be the most significant crossover state in the 2024 election.

In the 2020 election, President Joe Biden won the state by over 81,000 votes, with a 17,000-vote advantage in Bucks County.

In 2016, Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in Pennsylvania by over 44,000 ballots.

In the past two months, Trump has conducted numerous campaign rallies in Pennsylvania, including the event in Butler on July 13, during which a potential assassin attempted to murder him.

The Republican nominee is scheduled to hold a rally in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, on Friday afternoon.
