Later this month, Fox News will host a debate between Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Democratic California Governor Gavin Newsom.
The details of the debate have now been made public.
The 90-minute event, billed by the network as “DeSantis vs. Newsom: The Great Red vs. Blue State Debate,” is scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. on November 30.
The debate, which will be moderated by prominent prime-time commentator Sean Hannity, will be streamed live from Alpharetta, Georgia; however, no audience will attendance is not required.
The absence of a spectatory contingent will afford each of the governors an equitable opportunity to reply and tackle each concern.
Although DeSantis is vying for the Republican nomination for president, the majority of national polls place him significantly behind former President Trump.
In the interim, Newsom has seen his political profile soar, but he has ruled out running against President Biden for the nomination of the Democratic Party in 2024.
Initially, the two governors consented to a Fox-broadcast, Hannity-moderated debate that occurred earlier this autumn.
