After the 2024 Republican front-repeated runner’s campaign criticisms, a super PAC supporting Florida Governor Ron DeSantis offered to cover the cost of the former President Donald Trump’s relocation to California.
Since departing the White House, the former president has been residing in Palm Beach, Florida.
“Donald Trump has so deeply disparaged the state of Florida by calling it the ‘worst state,’ we at Never Back Down will help him leave by offering financial assistance to help him move to his beloved California, so he can be close to his good buddy Gavin Newsom, whom he loves so intensely and gets along with so well,” the CEO of the Never Back Down PAC said in a new statement.
“The state of Florida will be better off when Trump takes his Soros-fueled, dumpster fire of a campaign to San Francisco, where it will fit right in.” he continued.
The governor has been assailed by Trump’s team for living outside of Florida while campaigning for president and charging Florida taxpayers for it.
Trump has also strangely targeted the state of Florida in recent days, despite the fact that it is one of the most prosperous conservative states in the nation.

Trump and his campaign have attacked Florida, saying that DeSantis’ incompetence has made it “among the worst states” to live, find economic opportunities, raise a family, or retire – using a number of talking points appropriated from left-wing sources.

Voted for Trump twice, but he’s just become another politician (and not a good one). Continually violates Ronald Reagan’s 11th commandment. Thou shalt not speak badly of another Republican publicly. DeSantis governs! Plain and simple. The only thing as bad as a never Trumper is an only Trumper. Unless the party comes together, we will have 4 more years of Biden/Harris/Buttigieg/Newsom. And then it’s party over.
