Anderson Cooper, a former colleague of Chris Cuomo’s, was reportedly branded a guest a “dick” on CNN on Wednesday night. Cuomo lashed out at Cooper for his behavior.

Elon Musk, a Republican megadonor, has been responsible for running roughshod over various government departments in his capacity as chairman of the “Department of Government Efficiency,” which Cooper held a conversation about.

A few hours after President Donald Trump and Elon Musk conducted a joint press conference in the Oval Office, former New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu, who is a Republican, expressed his admiration for Musk on the episode of AC360 that aired on Tuesday.

A statement that the presenter did not make was attributed to Cooper by Sununu, according to Cooper’s accusation.

During the episode of Cuomo that aired on Wednesday, the host went on to discuss the altercation and criticize Cooper.

“My old friends at CNN were using a panel to gang up on former Governor Chris Sununu about a lack of receipts at DOGE. Fair point. There is a lack of receipts, but there were leaning into the lefty argument that all the efforts to find waste are somehow Fugazi.” Cuomo said.

Following that, Cuomo aired the video and the question, and then he provided his response:

“Didn’t bother the Gov. Sure, [Sununu] had brothers, but it also made Coop look like a fool, right? Look, I believe Anderson Cooper is the best in the business. And when he surrenders to this ugliness, you know things are out of hand. He knows why said it. He said it because that’s what the left is demanding these days, a muscularity. You got to be mean back to them.” Cuomo said.
