Ahead of their first debate, former president Trump has now demanded that vice president Joe Biden be drug-tested.
“I’m gonna demand a drug test too, by the way. I am, no I really am. I don’t want him coming in like the State of the Union, he was high as a kite.” Trump said at a recent Republican Party dinner in Minnesota.
“They gotta be fair, I think they gotta be fair, and if they’re not, you know, you have to deal with it. Right? You have to deal with it,” Trump continued.
Preceding his State of the Union address, Biden was described by Trump in a prior radio interview as “completely jacked up.”
Vice President Biden and the former president swiftly reached an agreement to participate in two presidential debates on CNN and ABC on Wednesday, June and September.
The first presidential debate between Biden and Trump will take place in slightly more than a month.
