The campaign of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis verified on Saturday that two Sunday television appearances were canceled due to a scheduling conflict.
Sunday’s appearances of the governor on “State of the Union” with Jake Tapper and NBC’s “Meet the Press” were canceled, as confirmed by both programs on X.
The media hits were canceled due to a scheduling issue and will be rescheduled.
The governor will be traveling Sunday morning with the campaign and has public events scheduled Sunday evening through Tuesday in NH.

Former President Trump defeated DeSantis by 30 points in Iowa on Monday, finishing in a distant second place.
DeSantis defeated former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley by a narrow margin in Iowa, but in New Hampshire, 538 reports that she trails her by nearly 30 points in polling averages (34.2% to 5.2%).
UPDATE: Governor Ron DeSantis has now officially dropped out of the GOP presidential primary and announced his support for former President Trump.
